Choosing checks houndstooth patterns and stripes from traditional motifs we utilize various original textiles combining different materials and methods for each pattern. This approach creates a trompe l'oeil effect reminiscent of using the same pattern with different materials. The result is a three-dimensional and expressive design that prioritizes the comfort and functionality of the garments.Additionally a portion of this season's collection features reproductions of past masterpieces alongside new creations. The theme encompasses not only generating new pieces but also refining existing items moving them closer to perfection. The collection strongly reflects the presence of vintage clothing a constant inspiration for designer Daisuke Obana. Embarking on design inspiration trips and gathering a myriad of used clothes worldwide we produce items that trace the memories left by previous owners?be it through remakes paintings or the natural evolution of materials over time.
