This is a Romando figure of Kinnikuman's Brocken Jr.

I bought it second-hand and haven't taken it out of the blister pack, so I don't think there are any noticeable scratches on the figure itself.
However, the blister pack is in bad condition and there is damage on the top and back. I hope you will consider it as a bonus.
