This is an empty can of cookies that I bought around 2011-2012.
I feel like it was a commemoration of something for Pokécenter Osaka (relocation or anniversary).
It may be something of value.
If you look closely, you can see Glico-style Pikachu and Billiken-style Tabunne drawn on the side, making it a playful item.
