2023.5 I won it in the traffic safety campaign lottery.

It was opened once to take pictures, but after taking pictures it has been stored in its original plastic bag.

Although it is an unused item, the tag in the second photo says ©️1987/MPD, so it seems to be an old item that was sitting in a warehouse somewhere.
Therefore, we have made it in a condition with "no noticeable scratches or stains".
