I purchased it at the Pokemon Center.
This is a limited edition item that is no longer sold.
It also has a tag.

It was carefully stored in a dark place and never taken out.
There are no noticeable stains.
However, there are some marks on the ears (6th and 7th images) that look like marks from the ball clasp.
Please note that this has been in place since the beginning.
Also, there are some faint scratches on the back of the tag when you shine a little light on it.
