This is the Psycho Gundam from Naruto Gundam Story.

It was not available in gachapon at the time, but is one of a set of dolls made in the same style as the gacha that came with a board game like Sugoroku that uses gachapon dolls.

Among them, the Psycho Gundam is larger than the Gundam in a normal gachapon, so I think it will be quite valuable, given the way you can get it.

The condition is also quite good for something from that time.
