Purchased at Weveres and used once at a live show.

There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but as you can see in the photo, there are some inconspicuous scratches on the dome of the penlight, some parts of the box that have peeled off, sticker marks, and scratches that become visible when held up to light.I don't think these will be noticeable if you use it normally.
