No box, figure only.
There is a hole for a base on the bottom of the foot, but the base is not included. (I lost it)

Also, there is a spot on the back of the head where the paint seems to have peeled off, but this coloring was there from the beginning when I first opened the new product, so it is probably from the manufacturing process.
