Hoopa's bounded form.
I think I bought it when Hoopa was the main character in the movie (2015).
It is one of the ALL STAR COLLECTION series, but it does not seem to be available at the Pokemon Center Online at present.

I removed the tag, but I kept it in a dark place at home for about 9 years after that, and I put it on a plush toy rack for the past 6 months, so there should be no noticeable scratches or stains.
