This is "Popeye Series No. 2 Olive" released by Tokyo Plastic Model K.K in 1964.

Remote-controlled electric walking.(To be more precise, it moves by wheels inside the skirt, so is it powered?)

With Mabuchi 130 motor.(Operation cannot be guaranteed.)
