This was a promotional item from the German bank Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW), so I think it's rare in that sense.The ribbon has the LBBW mark on it.The tip of the ribbon is a little frayed as shown in the photo.

There are no noticeable stains, but please note that there may be some deterioration due to aging.
