Released around 1995, this is a toy Accel Changer used when Carranger transforms.

The main unit, key, and belt are all included.

This is a vintage item.

I put batteries in it and checked that it worked, and there were no problems with either pressing the button on the front or inserting the key and turning it. Both the sound and light are good.

It was played with at the time, so there are scratches and other signs of wear.
