I bought it for the birth of my child, but since Wild Force was not what I wanted, I am selling it.

I'm not familiar with Pokemon cards, so I'm not sure about the serial number as mentioned by other sellers, but the shrink box was removed at the cash register, but the box is still in the condition it was in when I bought it, unopened.
