It is not originally equipped with a light.
This vehicle cannot run on its own.
I was able to confirm that the power was turned on, but the wheels were dirty.
It also operates the file trolley.
As shown in the image, there is no sash, peeling paint, or major damage, but there are some stains and scratches.
The rear pantograph is missing.
Since this is a check from an amateur's perspective, there may be other things that I have overlooked, so I will list it as junk.

This is a product that is nearly 30 years old, so if you are able to maintain it or remove the parts, please do so!
