[Product Description]

This is the Infantry Tank Mk.II Matilda II used by the British Army in the early stages of World War II.

The Matilda II was developed as a successor to the Matilda I, with a maximum armor of 76 mm and a weight of 26 tons.

Due to its heavy armor, it was able to deflect shells from German main battle tanks (38t tank, Panzer III, Panzer IV) at the start of World War II, and was called the Queen of the Desert and the Queen of the Battlefield.

However, it could not keep up with the advances in tanks during the war, and could not counter the long-gunned Panzer IV, Panther, and Tiger tanks, and its slow speed due to its heavy armor meant it lost its usefulness.

Meanwhile, the Matilda II, deployed in the Pacific Ocean, made full use of its heavy armor, and the Japanese army suffered severe damage as they had no tanks, let alone tank guns, capable of destroying the Matilda II.

In Girls und Panzer (Garupan), it appears as a tank used by St. Gloriana Girls' Academy.

Assemble 1211 pieces of blocks (the same size as LEGO Classic blocks) to create the infantry tank Matilda II shown in the photo.

The construction time is approximately 4.5 hours.

Instructions are included, so even children can easily create it by looking at the instructions. (Recommended for ages 6 and up)

The Matilda II infantry tank is divided into bags for each part, so there is no need to take out all the parts (reducing the risk of losing parts).
