This item is probably about 30 years old and was stored at my grandmother's house still wrapped as a present.

My son got it about 5 years ago, but since he's a boy, he didn't play with it much, so it ended up hanging next to the TV and got dusty.After that, I kept it in a box for several years.

We will wipe it before sending it to you, but we may not be able to remove small details.

All the accessories in the front in the first photo are unused.I haven't even opened it.

The chair originally has four legs, but it has three legs, one of which has one leg missing.

The house is in good condition overall, but there is one area that is damaged.(13th image) The damaged part has been saved, so it is possible to glue it back together.

There is a stain on the 18th page of the manual.
The unopened item looks fine from the outside, but I haven't looked inside.


Dolls, cloth, leather products, etc. may have stains or mold.I've been paying close attention to it, but I may have missed something.

The outer box may be dirty or dull.
