・As an alumite pre-treatment, by polishing with 1μm compound until it becomes a mirror surface and then applying alumite, the color development and glossiness of the alumite has been dramatically improved.
(Color anodized aluminum is easier to understand.)
I don't think any other dealer does this kind of thing.

・We do "pressure relief", which is often done by many people to improve bearing rotation, so you can use it right away without any troublesome process!

・I was particular about how to remove the 520 bearing!
By carefully degreasing each bearing while rotating only the inner ring at high speed, impurities and grease can be removed compared to normal degreasing.
After that, by performing Microlon coating, the rotation performance has been improved!
In addition, an appropriate amount of Yutori Oil 03PRO has been added to extend the life of the product.
For normal maintenance, remove dirt with a cleaner and add some oil to restore rotational performance.

(However, there are many individual differences in the 520 bearing itself, and if the surroundings are bad from the beginning, there will not be much improvement. Of course, we have carried out the above process, but due to individual differences, there are some that are difficult to turn.

It is necessary to provide a contact when anodizing, but the area near the contact is not anodized.
We have created a contact point in the 520 bearing insertion hole to make it difficult to understand, but the area around that point may not be anodized.
We make it so that it is on the back side as much as possible, and on the front side, it becomes invisible when the bearing spacer is attached.
