I think it was something I bought at a toy store I used to go to in the 90's.
It does not come with tags, but it is definitely a genuine product because it was purchased at a toy store and not a pirated version.

Personally, I think it's in good condition, but since it's about 30 years old, some people may find it has some minor damage or dirt.
