*About the Smurf mark

[Year stamp] The date the Smurf mold was created.It is not the date the Smurf was manufactured.

[1-digit number] It ranges from 1 to 8 and indicates the location of the mold in the PVC injection molding machine.

CE Stamp: A mark that European manufacturers must stamp on all products to show minimum compliance with applicable European directives.
