This is a promotional item for Yatterman's pachinko.
It can stand on its own with the stand on the back.
It was not used at a pachinko parlor, but was displayed at home for a while and then stored in a warehouse.

There is a crease at the top and bottom edges of the panel.
There is dirt in the center of the front and stains all over the back.
There is about half a piece of tape at the tape joint on the front right side.
The color around the Time Bokan text seems to have faded a little.
