Depending on the appraiser, there may be unevenness or initial scratches, so even if the card has just been opened, it is difficult to get a PSA10, and if there is even a slight scratch on either the front or back, it will often be PSA6 or lower.There are individual differences, but I think that PSA7-9 is still in perfect condition.

In addition, the appraisal fee for PSA appraisal can range from several thousand yen to tens of thousands of yen per card, but the advantage of PSA appraisal is that the card is sealed in a case using a special method, which minimizes deterioration of the card and proves that it is a genuine card. It is recommended for collections and interior decoration.
