How much does it cost for international shipping?

The international shipping fee cannot be calculated accurately until we receive the ordered items, as the international shipping fee varies depending on the destination, the weight, and the size of the box after the items are packed.
Please check our Shipping Fee Calculator to calculate the estimated international shipping fee.

Will my package have a tracking number?

Yes. All packages will have a tracking number. After your package has been shipped, you can track your package from the Order History page on My Page.

If you receive a package that is damaged or shows signs of having been opened during shipping, please report it directly to the local post office.

After the report is made and the investigation request is accepted, please contact us with the following information:
1. A copy of the survey invoice (C24 form or other invoice form)
2. Photos of the package (including accessories, inner and outer boxes, etc.)
3. Photos of the damaged goods.

Once we have confirmed all the information, we will proceed to file a warranty claim with Japan Post.

To avoid any troubles, in principle we will ship to the shipping address provided at the time of payment.
Therefore, please double-check that you have entered the correct recipient and shipping address in the payment screen.

My package got returned to Japan / is on its way back to Japan. What should I do?

Once the package arrives in your country, if you don't pay the import duties or you do not retrieve your package within a certain period of time, the package will be returned to us and you will not be able to get a refund for the international shipping fee you paid.
If you would like for us to resend your package once it returns to us, we will charge you the reshipping fees including return shipping costs.

How do you package my items for shipping?

If there is only one item in your package, we will send it to you in the box and packaging we received it in.
When we consolidate and package multiple items together, your items will be securely packed in a way that they will not get damaged, but also make sure that it doesn't raise the cost of your shipping fee significantly.

As for the box we ship your items in, we will either repack them in a box provided by one of the shipping companies we use or the box it was originally shipped to us domestically in.
