This is a set of Emilyco Kate figures.
The plastic on Kate's leg got stuck to the stand (the stand on the right in the 3rd and 4th photos is Kate's stand).
It's attached to Emilyco.
Kate stands well (2nd photo), but she's a little easier to fall over than Emilyco. If you put the plastic on the front of Kate's leg in place, I don't think it will come off unless you touch it hard.
